New York Giants Digital Tickets what you need to know

STEP 1

Download the Giants App on App Store or Google Play
Download the Giants mobile app, available on the Google Play Store or the iTunes App Store. If you already have the Giants app installed, please make sure you have the latest version.

Open the Giants App and click on TICKETS. Then open MY GIANTS ACCOUNT. Log in using the email address and password associated with your Giants account.

Within the app, go to EVENTS and select your event to view your tickets.

View the barcode for entry into the game.

Within the team app, click on your event to find tickets.

Click TRANSFER, then select the tickets you'd like to transfer.

Select the methor of transfer, enter your recipient's information and Transfer Tickets.

When transferring tickets you’ll receive two (2) emails: one confirming your ticket(s) have been sent and another when your recipient accepts the tickets you sent.
Your recipient will also receive an email prompting them to accept your tickets.

Once the ticket transfer has been accepted, the tickets in your account are no longer valid and you will not be able to get into the event with those tickets.

*Those receiving a ticket transfer must have an account. If they do not have an account, they can easily create one when they accept the tickets.

Within the team app, click on your event to find your tickets.

Click SELL, select the tickets you'd like to list for sale.

Price your tickets, select your payout method, review listing and you're done!

Please Note: Not all tickets are eligible for resale. If they are not, the Sell option will not be shown.

Click on ACCEPT TICKETS in the email received.

Sign in to your account via mobile web to accept your tickets.

Select ACCEPT, then view tickets before heading to the event.

Please Note: You must login with the same account your tickets were emailed to.
If you need to create an account use the same email address you received your tickets at.
What if I don’t have a smart phone?

Can I still print my ticket(s) from home?
No, as part of a league wide initiative, the Giants will be accepting mobile tickets in place of the print-at-home PDF tickets. PDF tickets will not be valid for entry for MetLife Stadium.
*Please note that you will need to bring either the issued parking pass or a PDF of the parking pass to accelerate entry into the parking lots. No mobile parking pass will be accepted.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket(s) for entry?
No. This year screenshots will NOT be accepted. As part of our secure digital ticketing initiative and to avoid ticket fraud, your barcode updates every few seconds. You can access your tickets through the Giants App or www.giants.com/myaccount on your phone’s web browser.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes. When accessing your tickets in your account you will be able to swipe through your available tickets.

What if my entire party is not with me when I enter MetLife Stadium?
You are able to transfer the ticket to them via your Giants account so, they may enter when they arrive. Please see the sending tickets tab above.

What if I cannot access ticket(s) from a third party that is not affiliated with the New Your Giants?
If you purchased your ticket(s) from a website other than Ticketmaster, the NFL Ticket Exchange, StubHub or SeatGeek, we do not have a record of your purchase. You will need to directly contact the website that you purchased your tickets from to inquire about your mobile ticket(s) delivery.

I cannot add to Apple Wallet/Google Pay
Currently, the functionality to add to Apple Wallet or Google Pay is being updated. This will be updated as soon as possible.
